Smiley Squad Dental is a mobile dental service delivering care onsite at approved locations. We do not provide emergency dental services. If urgent dental care is required, including severe pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma, or infection, please attend your nearest hospital emergency department, or seek care from a fixed dental clinic.
While we take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or suitability for individual circumstances. Treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual clinical factors.

3. Emergency & Urgent Care
Smiley Squad Dental does not provide emergency dental services.
If urgent dental care is required (including severe pain, swelling, trauma, bleeding, or infection), please contact:
your nearest hospital emergency department, or
a fixed dental clinic equipped for emergency treatment.
4. Mobile Service Delivery
Our services are provided on site at client-nominated locations, using a suitable area supplied by the host organisation or individual.
We do not operate from a dental van or fixed clinic.
Services may be postponed or declined if the environment is assessed as unsafe or unsuitable for clinical care.
Host sites are responsible for ensuring access, space, and basic safety requirements as advised prior to appointments.
5. Online Forms, Consent & Accuracy
We use secure third-party platforms (including Jotform, Dentally and Squarespace) to collect and store:
consent forms
medical and dental history
patient and guardian contact details
By submitting any form, you confirm that:
all information provided is accurate, current, and complete
you are legally authorised to provide consent
you will inform us of any relevant changes prior to treatment
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect the safety or suitability of care.
6. Children & Dependant Patients
For patients under 18 years of age:
consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian
consent applies only to the services described at the time of booking
additional consent may be required for further treatment
